I. Main Structure
1. Pretreatment tank
Function : To hold cleaning agents, rust removers, phosphating
solutions and other chemical agents, and to complete immersion or
spray treatment.
Material : Acid and alkali resistant stainless steel (e.g. 316L)
or PP plastic, strong corrosion resistance.
2. Conveying system
Type : conveyor belt, suspension chain or roller conveyor.
Function : To transport the equipment in the process sequence to
each processing stage to ensure continuous operation.
3. Sprinkler system
Make up : high-pressure nozzle, circulating pump, pipe.
Function : Perform high-pressure flushing on the surface of
equipment to remove oil, rust and residue.
4. Drying system
Equipment : hot air circulation device or infrared drying box.
Objective : To quickly remove surface moisture and provide a dry
substrate for subsequent spraying/anti-corrosion treatment.

1. Filter device
Type : magnetic filter, bag filter.
Function : To remove impurities from the treatment solution and
extend the service life of the liquid.
2. Heating device
Form : Electric heating tube, steam heater.
Application : Maintain the temperature of the treatment bath
solution (e.g., the phosphating solution needs to be kept at a
constant temperature of 40-60℃).
3. Control system
Hardware : PLC controller, touch screen.
Function : Automatically adjust parameters such as processing
time, temperature, spray pressure, etc.

Waste gas treatment : Activated carbon adsorption tower,
acid-base neutralization device.
Wastewater treatment : sedimentation tank, pH adjustment system.
