1. Drive device
Composition: motor, reducer, drive sprocket, inverter.
Function: Provide power for the system, control the conveying
speed through frequency conversion speed regulation, and adapt to
different load requirements.
2. Conveyor chain
Type: Double-hinged heavy-duty chain (such as X458/X678).
Features: High tensile strength (up to 300kN), wear resistance,
and can be matched with accessories (slings, hooks) to fix
materials.
3. Track system
Structure: I-beam/H-beam track, supplemented by support frame and
guide wheel.
Function: Carry the weight of the chain and material, ensure the
smooth operation of the chain, and support horizontal, vertical or
inclined layout.
4. Suspension device
Components: slings, clamps, slides.
Application: Customized according to the shape of the material,
such as hooks (car bodies), pallets (containers), etc.
5. Support structure
Material: Steel structure truss or column.

6. Tensioning device

8. Control system
