I. Main equipment composition
1. Pretreatment system
Ultrasonic degreasing tank: alkaline degreasing agent (pH 11-12, constant temperature of 40℃)
Silane ceramic tank: phosphorus-free conversion film process (film thickness 0.5-1.2μm)
Three-stage pure water washing tank: conductivity ≤15μS/cm, with circulation filtration
2. Epoxy spray unit
High-voltage electrostatic rotary cup spray gun: voltage 80-100kV adjustable, atomization particle size 15-35μm
Two-component proportioning system: epoxy resin and curing agent ratio 1:0.3, dynamic error <±1%
Constant temperature glue supply device: 25±2℃ temperature control, anti-gel clogging
3. Curing system
Segmented curing oven: Leveling section: 60-80℃/5-8min
Curing section: 140-160℃/20-25min (infrared + hot air composite
heating)
Waste gas treatment module: RCO catalytic combustion device, VOC
removal rate ≥99%
4.Conveying system
Suspension chain conveyor: variable frequency speed regulation
(0.5-3m/min), load 200kg/station
Anti-drip oil tray: 304 stainless steel material, automatically
collects excess paint
